I believe in human dignity and the nurturing of human potential, freedom of information and expression, human rights and personal responsibility. I have absolutely no time nor patience with right wing or "conservative" politicians, their supporters or their philosophies. They are the blood-sworn enemy of anything resembling human progress. Their moral bankruptcy, blind stupidity and - let's not mince words here - the sheer scale of their corruption endangers all that is good and noble about our troubled species. By the same token, I have no patience with effete left wing philosophies and their supporters who are just as capable of throwing the baby out with the bathwater by being out of touch with reality and favoring ideology over facts. I do not suffer fools gladly, but will tolerate them in small doses as necessary. As I get older I am finding this tolerance ever harder to maintain.
