I've been think for a while that it might be nice to provide the option
of downloading one single package. For people on a relatively fast
network, this is certainly a blessing, (especially if you bother to test
to make sure the single package has no errors instead of checking each
individual). But if people need to download CSuite over a modem, having
the smaller chunks would be nice too. It shouldn't be too big of a
problem to make both one large tar available as well.
