     This is a partially anglicized version of GUCK which has been
translated from German by a member of N.S.A.C.U.G.

     GUCK.TTP is a program that will show/print text, data or picture
files. It replaces MORE.TTP, not to mention the SHOW and PRINT
functions of TOS. The display is in several different formats,
search functions, mouse control, etc. which makes the program a
joy to use.

     I have translated the messages and explanations in GUCK.TTP, and
in the installation programs INSTGUCK.PRG and INSTGUCK.RSC and I might
write a summary of the text file later.

     The programs are mostly self explanatory, though. The printer
configuration file can be one of 1st WORD. A short program 'SETUP'
is included in the original package GUCK18.ZIP which can be put as the
first file in the AUTO folder. All it does is set the key repetition
rate to maximum, the printer to 'Epson', and if you press the Control
key during boot-up, it will start a file COMMAND.TOS in the main
directory. This would be a GEM-independent command interpreter to,
for example, rename or delete any files if they cause trouble in the
AUTO folder. This is very useful for hard disk boot-up.
