My browser is Mozilla Firefox. I don’t the make and model but it is
the latest, it updates regularly. And I am using Eastlink. DuckDuckGo
is my search engine if that matters, but the problem is not with any
of the above. I can access all other webpages with ease and speed. It
is Chebucto that is the problem.

I am a Chebucto Plus subscriber and can access the Chebucto entry
point with no problem but as soon as I enter my identification and
password the “searching for webmail” begins and takes minutes between
each function. The problem lies with Chebucto. I suspect you are
under a prolonged phishing attack or a blizzard of junk mail or
something but this is all something you should be aware of and dealing
with. It is has now being going on for more than a week!

And I have sent you the url for the Chebucto webmail page and told you
it was the main webpage that I was accessing. And if I am having this
problem, so are a lot of others. Maybe that is why the phone message
in-box is full.

I have resorted to asking my regular contacts to contact me via an
alternative gmail account since Chebucto has become such a problem. I
can access those e-mails without any problem or delay.

Again, the problem is with Chebucto, and it persists.
