Hi there,
   I wrote to the CCN office email a couple of weeks ago, but never heard back.
   I have a 2019 ipad. For a few months now I have been unable to send  
photos through the Mail service. They stay locked in the Outbox. I’ve  
tried to use different addresses in my CCN account without success.  
Can you tell me what addresses I should use for: incoming mail server;  
outgoing mail server; primary server; other SMTP servers? Should I be  
looking in the Advanced section of this account (e.g. server port)?  
Does the problem lie elsewhwere?
   I have tried a number of times to reach someone on a Tuesday  
afternoon, but no one picks up. Have the office hours changed? Help!
