Hi Richard, my wife indicates that her email was not reactivated as part 
of the family membership  it is  ba247@chebucto.ns.ca; I wonder if the 
other two which my kids have were done as well: bb501@chebucto.ns.ca and 
bb502@chebucto.ns.ca
