Ok, I think I have finally removed this.   It started with a typo when I =
 was trying to solve the Sent folder can not be created problem for a =
user, and then it would not let me remove it.   I think I have finally =
succeeded at removing it so I would appreciate knowing if it is actually =
gone now on more than just my screen.
