  Interesting comments.  You illustrate the problems I have faced 
helping people, including my wife, trouble-shooting their devices.  All 
seem different from my ACER laptop - hardware and software, updates, 
etc.  We look at the same website, sometimes on the same browser, and 
see different presentations.  I can no longer use Firefox to view my 
telephone bill.  Have to use Chrome.  The company doesn't support FF.  
Neither does my bank.
