Morning, Bernard. I have gotten a response from CCN Tech. They have received no other reports of POP3 issues, nor has anyone complained of empty inboxes. There were complains of mail delays some months ago but that was long ago cleared up. Their suggestion is that when you next see an empty inbox, to log on in turn to WebMail, then to the text server and PINE. Check to see if each of them shows an empty inbox. Report back with your results so that Tech can go to the next step in pursuing the reason for your problem. Hopefully we are on the right track now regarding your mail issue.
