Hi Klaus:   Re Organizing files
From webmail's top blue menu select "options"
on the second level menu extreme right, "Edit options choose
application" select "file manager"
In "User Interface" click on "File Display" and make choices there.
Return to "User Interface" and click on "Settings" and click on "save"
