Hello CCN Technical Support, I am having a problem accessing my e-mail at CCN. I normally use the Mac Mail app and for the last few days when I check the mail at my CCN account I receive a message that I need to enter my e-mail password. When I do I get this message: “Unable to verify account name or password.†I have been using the Mail app for a long time without having this problem. The Incoming Mail Sever I have set in my Mail Accounts Preferences is “pop.chebucto.ns.caâ€. I have Port 110 set and “Use SSL†selected. Authentication is by Password. I have tried to login to my account through the “Welcome to Chebucto Webmail†web page in Firefox but when I login, after a delay, I receive this message: “Login failed because your username or password was entered incorrectly.†I am entering the same username, aa881, and password that I have been using successfully for a long time.
