Cannot resolve DNS (no web pages load) on Chebucto Plus

Hello, since Friday night (April 8) I have not been able to load any web 
pages using Chebucto Plus. I can connect, use Telnet and FTP, but when I try 
to load a web page it comes up with "DNS error" and says "Page cannot be 
displayed" (happens in any web browser I use). I tried changing the dial-up 
properties from automatically assigned by server DNS to manually specifying 
the DNS servers but I get the same results (pages won't load). Why would this 
be happening? Thanks!
