Index of Subjects I dropped security to medilum and here we are in Explorer. Everything is a compromise. Many thanks. BTW was it you I was asking about mesh? i haven't used it recently- a learning curve, but I have connectify on my win 7 machine. It uses the win 7 pro ability to create a wi-fi zone without external equipment. Ie I can park in the wilderness and use wi-fi to have my peripherals communicate with my laptop in the same car. Does mesh use in essence this Win 7 pro ability- to link computers that are separately generating their own wi-fi and overlapping their zones/ About a year ago Connectify added the ability to merge wi-fi strength, so that if you add several wi-fi services, the resulting speed is the sum of the services. I did not obtain the upgrade, but I assume when Chapters had its own wi-fi separate from the Coffee shop wi-fi, I would have been able to by combining, had a much faster internet connection.
