Hi Richard:

No, my question has not been answered. You are the first and only
person to respond to me, thank you for getting back to me.

I am using an HP PC laptop employing a windows Vista program.

Sandy
PS. I am heading out the door just now and will check in for your
response later in the day.

I asked once before and was ignored but where it seems the Chebucto
web service will often be unavailable I would appreciate knowing step
by step how I can access the Telnet option. Your latest twitter post
did not explain it to me, nor has my attempts to access Telnet by
trolling the net looking for info helped. Please walk me through it
step by step please.

It is very frustrating when the web service goes down. I am sure you
appreciate that but I lost an entire morning recently. My e-mail
access is an important means of ongoing communication and the
dependability of Chebucto’s service is becoming an issue for me.

What is your operating system? How you access telnet depends on
which system you are using. Generally though, you will need a terminal
program.
