I just sent this e-mail to office@chebucto.ns.cs then I found this one 
instead so I am sending the same e-mail.

Hi I am Jackie Harnish from the School of Health Administration at 
Dalhousie Univ. .  My dad contacted me and he can't get on to the 
internet today and he is with Chebucto and was wondering what was going 
on with his account.  He can't get a hold of anyone at the office as 
your voice mail is full and he can't get on to use his e-mail. The error 
message reads (Internet explorer cannot connect.)

His e-mail account is rharnish@chebucto.ns.ca

He uses his internet account a lot so anything you can do for him would 
be wonderful.
