Hi Chebucto:

This is Sandy (ar688@chebucto.ns.ca) . The webmail problem persists.

Although I can usually check my mail, the “there are no messages in  
this mailbox” continues to pop up with irritating regularity. If I  
click back to the previous page and click back to try again that  
sometimes  works to  allow me access to the mail message, but  
sometimes not. It is becoming a major pain.

I know you are aware the problem exists, at least with some  
individuals and not others apparently.  I am told it is a problem that  
originates with webmail.I am reminding you that I am one of the  
individuals it is affecting personally.

Ps. You have another gremlin. It appears some program is inserting a  
comma between Office or userhelp when I try to e-mail you and then  
claims there is an error in sending the message. Just so you know, I  
am not putting a comma in the wrong place.
