unable to access email at home

Hi,

My wife is unable to access our chebucto account from home, although I  
am able to access it from work (via webmail).  When she tries to log  
on, the message reads username and or password not recognized on this  
domain.  any help would be appreciated.  she is using dial up and has  
the correct username and password as far as I can tell.
