my problems continue, i am probably to blame since i do not understand
computer technical terms as per your last reply. however, now i am
unable to open my windows internet explorer and get a message "content
advisor, will not all me to view the website. asking for a password, but
when i put in my password, nothing changes.
also, when trying to download games from zynga.com, or playdom.com
(which i could do last week)or zynga.com, on firefox or windows explorer
- i get the following: the connection was reset-connection to the
server was reset while the page was loading.
.. if you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection (which i don't know how to do)
.. if your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make
sure that firefox is permitted to access the web. (which i don't know
how to do)
Can you please help?
