my problems continue, i am probably to blame since i do not understand computer technical terms as per your last reply. however, now i am unable to open my windows internet explorer and get a message "content advisor, will not all me to view the website. asking for a password, but when i put in my password, nothing changes. also, when trying to download games from zynga.com, or playdom.com (which i could do last week)or zynga.com, on firefox or windows explorer - i get the following: the connection was reset-connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. .. if you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection (which i don't know how to do) .. if your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that firefox is permitted to access the web. (which i don't know how to do) Can you please help?
