***   I am not a Windows user, so I may not be of much help, but 
when you get this error message, does the e-mail go through without 
an attachment, or is the whole thing blocked?

    Try sending a different file that is 600 KB in size to see what 
happens. If the same error comes up, then perhaps it's a browser 
setting.
