***   It sure is. There is no such company as "Windows". The caller 
wants you to allow him to connect to your computer so he can mine it 
for passwords, account numbers and confidential information.

    NEVER allow anyone to hook into your computer, and NEVER give out 
passwords to anyone, any time!
