Hi L M. Sometimes I have to run errands which take me out of the
office or am at meetings that run into office time. There's just the one
of me so I do what I can. The majority of the time I keep our office hours
of 1pm to 5 pm weekdays.

The message you forwarded was in fact a scam email designed to
take over your computer and report everything you do back to the criminals
so it is good the infected attachment was deleted and you could not open
it. Never believe any mail claiming you need to run some program or give
out personal information to get your mail. We don't work like that. There
will be scam letters claiming to be from us in the future so beware of
them. Scammers will always be trying to hurry you into doing something.

About your Chebucto address, you are free to delete anything you
like any time you like and you don't have to save anything you don't want
to. The fact the address was re-activated doesn't affect anything.

About the returned mail, if it was from this week it might have
been a temporary problem we fixed. Everything is working normally now.

About connecting slowly, there is not enough information to give
any sort of answer. The problem could be coming from any number of causes
from a slow computer that has not been defragged in too long a time to a
dodgy modem/telephone line connection.
