Yes, I'm aware of that - but it can be integrated with thunderbird,  
and it doesn't go down. I have just had it.

I got lots of spam from chebucto too, sorry to say. The spam controls  
are pretty good, but some good mail was screened out if I turned it  
on, and lots of spam got through anyway if I turned it off...

I really liked being part of the Chebucto network, even though I now  
live in Gatineau, but the service just isn't consistent and reliable  
enough for me anymore.
