With agencies, public and private, preparing 'welfare to work' clients for
the job market, one might expect better retention rates. From their work 'in
the trenches', Karl and Brenda Corbett of Sasha Corporation understand why
workers don't stay on the job.
"Employers need to be groomed just as much as employees, and that has not
happened. Front line managers rarely have any formal training. At times, they
don't even realize they are supervisors." says Brenda Corbett, Sasha VP.
Sasha offers eight training sessions to teach supervisory skills most needed
