critic) suggested weekly updates to the Sperry's Beach situation: as of
July 15-
June 27, Mr Morash wrote to Richard Hurlburt, Minister of Natural Resources
to ask that Diane Rowe, Senior Solicitor DNR; contact our legal advisor to
arrange a meeting.
That meeting is on hold pending our advisor's return to Nova Scotia.
June 27, Mr Morash wrote to Richard Hurlburt, Minister of Natural Resources
to ask that three fence posts on Crown land be removed.
There has been no response.

July 11 2005 we met with Adrian Fuller and Steve Conway. Samples will be
taken week of July 18-22
