Since we were founded in 1963, we have helped protect over 40 million hectares of Canada's most treasured wild places (that's an area nearly seven time the size of Nova Scotia). CPAWS uses science, co-operation and education to promote sustainable solutions that help conserve nature. CPAWS - Nova Scotia Chapter was created in the early 1990's and is working on ensuring conservation comes first in existing parks, the expansion of the protected areas systems in the region, and conservation of marine habitat. ____________________________________________________________________________ Did a friend forward this to you?
