The hour-long NFB -Timber Colony co-production takes an unflinching look, through the eyes of two very different men united by a passion to save the forest. Forbidden Forest was directed by Kevin Matthews, an award-winning Fredericton director. The film was produced by Kent Martin for the National Film Board of Canada and Lloyd Salomone for the Fredericton based production company Timber Colony Inc.
