Tip: Your message to SUST-MAR must be html-free. So, BEFORE you hit SEND, please go to your "Format" pull-down menu and select "Plain text." Thanks! ____________________________________________________________________________ Several weeks ago, the Nova Scotia Department of Energy released its second Energy Strategy "progress report" [the first was released in March 2003]. The 2004 report, about 10 pages in length, was available to the public on the Department of Energy's web site: http://www.gov.ns.ca/energy/inside.asp?cmPageID=225 Sometime between Friday [26 March 2004] and Saturday [27 March 2004], the web site's contents changed -- the 2004 report was removed and replaced with a brief textual summary of the report. It is not clear why the 2004 report was pulled -- it is about as useful as the 2003 report [and that is still available]. Anyone interested in the state of Nova Scotia's energy sector should contact the Department of Energy and ask for a copy of the 2004 report. The email address for the Department is: energyinfo@gov.ns.ca. Larry.
