Thanks! ____________________________________________________________________________ Hello again, As Paul knows it can be hard to ever get away from your email responsibilities in Halifax and this leads to having sust-mar come to us live from Yellowknife and Be the Change is now coming to you every Thursday night live from Toronto. Be the Change has been a bit sporadic over the last few months but these times are over and once again you can trust that every week you will receive in your inbox an exciting list of the weeks events from locations throughout the Maritimes. These events are all taken from the People and Planet Calendar and formatted into a weekly email that is sent to our list serve. Anyone can post events to the calendar making it a great way to get the word out about exciting events you know about or might be organizing. The website is visited by anywhere from 4-8000 people a month and the list serve has over 600 members. We need your help though to make sure that the calendar is packed with all the exciting things that are happening every week in the Maritimes. Please take the time to add an event you are organizing or one that you find out about and think others might be interested in. If you are holding an event please mention Be the Change as a place to go to find out about other events or follow up meetings or rallies or speakers. If possible it would be great if you could sent this out to your members so that more people will know about Be the Change, add events to the calendar and join the listserve.
