Hi folks, This is an invitation for you to share your thoughts, rants, ideas, stories, and experiences with CARS. I do a radio show on CKDU-FM in Halifax called Creighton Street. The show format is basically as follows: each week I choose a topic (past topics have been bicycles, the education system, hunting, menstruation, neighbourhood, boycotts, and video surveillance). People are invited to call an answering machine and leave a message about that topic, which will then be broadcast on the radio. Folks can also contribute their thoughts/stories/rants/ideas by e-mail (creightonstreet@eudoramail.com). I also collect sounds related to the topic, and sometimes interview people who have specific knowledge or experience related to the topic. The car show will be broadcast on Wednesday, February 12 at 8:30 a.m. I'd like to hear your thoughts. (It could be about any aspect - environmental, social, oil & global politics, pollution, advertising, anything you can think of!) If you would like to contribute, please call 902.423.9813 to leave a message on the machine. Or, if you prefer, send along an e-mail to: creightonstreet@eudoramail.com I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
