ANOTHER SINK HOLE IN CAPE BRETON
  An old coal mine has collapsed in Cape Breton, a few kilometres outside
the community of Dominion. The sink hole, about three metres wide and six
metres deep, was discovered Wednesday night in a residential area of Reserve
Mines.

END OF TOLLS IN SIGHT FOR COBEQUID PASS
The Hamm government says tolls will come off the Cobequid Pass highway years
earlier than anyone ever expected. But it says, like a home mortgage, the
province will pay a penalty to end its 30-year deal with the financiers who
bankrolled the highway.
