As mentioned in a previous e-mail, NSPI's Green Power Rider submission to the UARB made a number of assumptions regarding residential revenues. As a result, some of the statements in my report (notably those on Net Present Value and cash flows) were incorrect. These statements have been corrected and are the section in question has been corrected and rewritten. It is now up on my web site: http://www.dal.ca/~lhughes2/environment/uarbgp.html The conclusions are essentially the same, but call into question how NSPI got the numbers that they did. I have resubmitted the report to the UARB. I hope that they accept it. Larry.
