The Atlantic Council for International Cooperation (ACIC) and CUSO Presents: ***EFFECTIVELY WORKING WITH THE MEDIA*** Come learn the fundamentals: * What is your message and how to focus it * What are the main media channels open to you * What the media needs and how you can accommodate * Tips from actual journalists - a journalist will be invited to talk about their needs * Do's and don'ts * How to be interviewed and participate in phone call-in shows (there will be simulated TV interview practice, recorded on tape for review) * Writing press releases and PSAs * Creative ways to use the media Register now and take home a Guide to Working With the Media!
