Maritime Paper Products has entered a guilty plea to a charge under the province's occupational health and safety act, in the death of Fred MacPhee. The company has given the union an ultimatum. Either it makes contract concessions, or 800 people will be out of work. The milk industry has been running advertisements in the papers, stating they are 100 per cent recyclable.
