He has also written many award winning articles including: "Black Oil, Red Ink" and "Beyond the Clear-Cut." Currently, Mr. Rubenstein is a Principal at the Office of the Auditor General and the Commissioner of the Branch on Sustainable Development and the Environment in Ottawa.
