-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- Going away for the holidays? Consider unsubscribing to sust-mar. Especially if you be setting an "auto-responder" message to answer your mail while you're gone. Thanks, and happy holidays! -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- Sust-mar now has over 250 subscribers! The bad news is that I now receive more submissions than I can post. I have to be selective in what makes it on the air. Plus, my time is limited. Sust-mar is a volunteer commitment that takes up some of my time almost every single day. Even when I'm on vacation, I log on to tend sust-mar. So again, I have to be selective with the use of my time. All this adds up to mean that not every submission makes it. To make sure that your message "makes the cut" there are guidelines you can adhere to. You received these guidelines whn you joined the list. You receive reminders almost EVERY DAY at the bottom banner of sust-mar messages. Please take a moment to review these if you're wondering why your messages aren't making it on the air. For example: messages containing html coding (MIME) are not posted. Only messages sent in plain text format can be posted. That's no fancy graphics or colours. Messages posted to multiple recipients don't make it on either. You must send sust-mar a separate message, with no "cc" addresses. Good luck! ~paul :) _________________________________________________________________________ Paul A. Don't forget ... COPYRIGHT material, such as newspaper/magazine articles cannot be posted on sust-mar without the owner's permission. It's against the law. CROSS-POSTINGS (messages from other lists) are also discouraged. In either case, why not tell us something about the issue in your own words? Or ... send a clipping along with the URL where the original can be found, or directions how to join the list it came from? Takes a few more minutes, but makes for a more interesting sust-mar ... :)
