Hi All remember the cutting of the old growth that most though was safely protected inside hemlock ravine park (bedford highwway, Halifax)? The Friends of Hemlock ravine were formed shortly thereafter, and have been working on various aspects ever since. Our first newsletter is now available, and can be read online or downloaded as a pdf file. both are buttons off our home page. Our web site is still primative, though I've seen the prelims of the new one, and things will improve in a week or so. (On the new site you'll have to go down an extra page to access the newsletter - under the 'newsletters' button.) http://chebucto.ns.ca/Environment/CPAWS/FHR/ Colin Stewart -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- The preceding message was posted on Sustainable Maritimes (sust-mar) -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- Questions about sust-mar?
