The Urban Farm Museum Society of Spryfield invites you to a talk on "How to Cure a Squash". Staff from Ross Farm Museum will describe some of the ways food was traditionally stored on Nova Scotia farms. There will also be information on how to make a modern-day cold room, and other ways of using early food storage methods in today's world. The talk is on Monday, November 29, 7:30 pm, at the Captain William Spry Community Centre. All are welcome. There is no admission charge, but a donation would be greatly appreciated. For more information call 477-7896. -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- The preceding message was posted on Sustainable Maritimes (sust-mar) -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- Overloaded with email?
