Paul the Legal Grouch here ... I've recently learned that there may be a legal problem with posting of copyright material to mailing lists such as sust-mar, especially since the material is archived on the www. Apparently legal liability could accrue to not only the poster, but the ISP and the listowner ... *ulp* ! So ... unless you want to end up sharing a jail cell with me and a bunch of computer geeks, i'm gonna ask folks to kindly refrain from posting anything that is copyright someone else to sust-mar unless you have the copyright holder's permission. The biggest source of this on sust-mar appears to be material that is available on the www anyway (ie newspaper articles) ... so why not just include the URL to the site? thanks ~paul :) __________________________________________________________________________ Paul A.
