Guess What's Coming to Dinner? Genetic Engineering and our Food Supply if you're concerned about genetically engineered foods you'll want to attend this afternoon conference on Saturday April 17 from 2-5pm in the Green Room of the Dalhousie University Student Union Building. The event will feature speakers on a number of topics involving foods that have been genetically tampered with, technical aspects, ethical issues, regulatory concerns, food security and the environmental and health impacts. There will be speakers, a panel, Q & A, discussion and action. This event is free and sponsored by the Nova Scotia Organic Growers Association, The Nova Scotia Public Interest Research Group, Ecology Action Centre, Oxfam, Religious Society of Friends (Quakers), Urban Farm Museum Society.
