May 1-3, 1998, Moncton, NB Registration: before Apr 20 if you can - pay at conf Sierra Youth Coalition (SYC) is a new branch of the Sierra Club of Canada. SYC is a group of concerned youth who educate, campaign and gain skills in the responsible use of our Earth's resources. The first weekend of May we're holding a conference at Matieu-Martin High School, Moncton. We have all kinds of activities planned: endangered spaces, tree planting, reflexology, pesticides, vegetarian cooking, tai chi, hunger/feast dinner, networking with other concerned youth, Native medicine wheel, musiv, and fun . . . en anglais et francais. Bring a sleeping bag, mat, instruments, photos, displays and enthusiasm. Travel subsidies may be available.
