Hi Richard,
Log into your text account, follow the HelpDesk link, then link 23,
then link 12. Read through the 'About Mailing List' page and follow the
links at the bottom of each page through to where you can request your
mailing list.
The Office staff then can set up your mailing list (and archive, if you
wish). Mailing lists are not free, however, as it costs CCN money to
maintain the lists and the extra stress on the server. The pages listed
above will provide more info.
