Hi David. Questions about your connection should go to office@chebucto.ns.ca. The Userhelp list is more for 'How do I do 'x'?' type questions. I'm showing you as connected to the Chebucto Wireless service using an Android device right this minute. Your email headers show you sent the message through the Chebucto Wireless service. You're sending and receiving data and you have a fair connection. Everything looks normal. We did not have any service disruptions last night or today.
