=09Hi Malcolm. Without the full email headers we can do absolutely=20
nothing. All mail programs have an option to view the complete email=20
headers, check your email program's documentation for how.

=09Of particular note is the X-Is-Spam header, which tells the scores=20
assigned to an email message by our anti-spam software. Basically it=20
assigns points for each "spam-like" characteristic and declares as spam=20
any message that exceeds 5 points. Here is an example of the X-Is-Spam=20
header:

X-Is-Spam: not spam, SpamAssassin (score=3D-11.798, required 5,
         autolearn=3Dnot spam, BAYES_00 -1.90, DKIM_SIGNED 0.10,
         DKIM_VALID -5.00, DKIM_VALID_AU -5.00, FREEMAIL_FROM 0.00,
         HTML_MESSAGE 0.00)

Now the joker in the deck is that spammers can use anti-spam software too=
=20
to customize their spam to pass through the filters. The anti-spam=20
software is constantly upgraded to correct for these errors. And the cycle=
=20
goes on and on.

=09So, if we could see the full headers for a few of these messages,=20
there may be some common characteristic that the scores may be adjusted=20
for to catch the messages.

=09JUST TO BE CLEAR: this is NOT an invitation to send us all the=20
spam that makes it into your mailbox - we know some spam will always get=20
through the filters. If you are getting nailed with, as you say, 15-20=20
spams a day of one type of spam, then us seeing the full headers of such=20
spam may, repeat, MAY give us something we can work with. I should also=20
stress here that technical time to work on such issues is in extremely=20
short supply so no promises.
