 	Hi Louanne. We think what is happening is that you've added an 
extra space after your username. Our login script can accept that, which 
is how you're getting that far, but behind the scenes there is no account 
called "loudevan " which is why you're not seeing any mail or personal 
information. Delete any saved usernames and passwords for Chebucto you may 
have in your browser since it may have saved the username wrong with the 
extra space and this would be not obvious to detect unless you are looking 
specifically for it.

 	With the username loudevan (no space after the name) and the 
correct mailbox password things should work fine.
