Hi David. You can make fifty requests for help but if you don't provide us with any information there is nothing at all we can do to help. You've not told us what the bounced messages said for a reason for the bounce nor included any bounces for us to look at. You've not told us how you sent the mail, what program you used and what you used for the SMTP server. You've given us nothing to determine what problem exists let alone what if anything we could possibly do about it. We have no idea if anything on our network is involved or not. Typically with any email questions we need the FULL UNEDITED email message headers to be able to see what had happened. So if you want us to be able to do anything or even to be able to tell if there is even anything we can do, we need detailed information about a problem. Just so you know what full email headers look like, here are the headers from your most recent message: Return-Path: <userhelp-mml-owner@chebucto.ns.ca> Received: from murder (chebucto.ns.Ca [192.75.95.75]) by copia (Cyrus v2.1.18-IPv6-Debian-2.1.18-1+sarge2) with LMTP; Thu, 12 Nov 2009 18:55:28 -0400 X-Sieve: CMU Sieve 2.2 Received: from halifax.chebucto.ns.Ca ([unix socket]) by halifax (Cyrus v2.2.12) with LMTPA; Thu, 12 Nov 2009 18:56:11 -0400 Received: (daemon@halifax.chebucto.ns.ca) by halifax.chebucto.ns.ca id S140617AbZKLWyN (ORCPT <rfc822;ab616> + 6 others); Thu, 12 Nov 2009 18:54:13 -0400 Received: from webmail.chebucto.ns.Ca ([192.75.95.102]:58822 "EHLO webmail.chebucto.ns.ca" smtp-auth: <none> TLS-CIPHER: "AES256-SHA keybits 256/256 version TLSv1/SSLv3" TLS-PEER-CN1: <none>) by halifax.chebucto.ns.ca with ESMTP id S173037AbZKLWwv (ORCPT <rfc822;"|/csuite/etc/majordomo/wrapper resend -l userhelp -h chebucto.ns.ca userhelp-mml">); Thu, 12 Nov 2009 18:52:51 -0400 Received: from www-data by webmail.chebucto.ns.ca with local (Exim 4.69) (envelope-from <dlyons@chebucto.ns.ca>) id 1N8ieq-000293-Cx for userhelp@chebucto.ns.ca; Thu, 12 Nov 2009 19:00:52 -0400 Received: from cpe-76-93-232-251.dc.res.rr.com (cpe-76-93-232-251.dc.res.rr.com [76.93.232.251]) by webmail.chebucto.ns.ca (Horde Framework) with HTTP; Thu, 12 Nov 2009 19:00:52 -0400 Message-ID: <20091112190052.41182mq5v6iihp6o@webmail.chebucto.ns.ca> Date: Thu, 12 Nov 2009 19:00:52 -0400 From: David Patrick Lyons <dlyons@chebucto.ns.ca> To: userhelp <userhelp@chebucto.ns.ca> Subject: Undelverable e-mails- 3rd Request for Help MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; DelSp="Yes"; format="flowed" Content-Disposition: inline Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit User-Agent: Internet Messaging Program (IMP) H3 (4.3.4) Sender: userhelp-owner@chebucto.ns.ca Precedence: bulk Reply-To: David Patrick Lyons <dlyons@chebucto.ns.ca> On Mon, 9 Nov 2009, David Patrick Lyons wrote: > My e-mails to people with e-mail addresses ending in DC.RR.COM [roadrunner] > are being returned as undeliverable.
