Hi Don, Are you using the correct password? You are issued one for your main PLUS login and another for your mail/text service account. If you use the incorrect one, you won't be able to log in. Also, you sent your password through userhelp, which is a publically archived list. I have notified the office so that they can reset it for you, if it, indeed, the correct password.
