Hi Jessica, You're correct. The last time one of these came through, a user did reply with their data and we had to change their password temporarily while we notified them to change it to something else. Just goes to show you, there is always someone who innocently believes these spams and that's all the spammer needs. You can just imagine how many passwords they do get from around the world.
