You may find FTP easier or more difficult to work with, depending on your level of expertise around computer file transfers. Get an FTP program from the internet. There are many; some free, some shareware, others commercial, with names such as WS-FTP, CuteFTP, etc. Do a search on FTP and you will find something to fit your bill. Once the FTP program is up and running, you will need to enter your CCN userid and password (this would be the text/mail password and NOT your PLUS password, which is different, as the FTP program will be acting like a telnet program) in the proper areas. Connect to PLUS and then tell your FTP program to connect and it will find your Tong files directory. You will notice that there is now a directory called '00ip'. That is your IP directory. Double-clicking on that directory will open it and you will see the familiar sub-directories of your IP site. Open the particular sub-directory you wish and upload whatever files you want. Your files must be on your home computer for this to work so you would need to download those files to your home computer from your Tong account first.
