Thanks Mark, The behind theory that applies is that: Commment 1 ------------- CCN Editors or office staff would use the New IP form to input raw data. The Category field actually allows a new Category to be created 'on-the-fly' so to retain this functionality we need to be able to enter (new) text.... My expectation was that the office or editors would basically know what categories were in use and would simply enter that information. I could conjure up some mechanism to list Categories and new ones as they are added but that's likely version 3.45.2...;-) Comment 2 ------------- This is a function that I expect will never be used by anyone except office staff... It basically uses the same mechanism as the current account processing script and I expect that Andrew is simply hitting 'back' or 'account processing' and doing another... Comment 3 ------------ I'm not exactly sure what you are thinking about here but the 'renew' function is (as 2 above) an office function and is handled by the 'acount procesing' (memfind) routine. The edit function only works for non-money items, all money items are part of the 'account processing' office function. Comment 4 ------------ To be honest, I have no idea what the 'new webstats' function is all about. That is a project that Giselle was working on... That was pretty easy!
