This is an interesting development, and certainly says a lot about the
communication lines in Chebucto.
If this new appointment was run by the Executive Committee, I don't know
anything about it, and last time I checked, I was still on the Executive
Committee.

Subject: New Vice Editor In Chief Appointed
Hello;
This week I start a new job that will force me to cut back a bit of
my Chebucto Time. Because of this I have ( with CCN Executive consent )
Decided to appoint Andrew D. Wright Vice Editor in Chief. Andrew will
have power to carry all the functionality that my position has. I have
chosen Andrew also becuse he is our most skilled volunteer who is
familiar with the template system we are using.
Let's all welcome Andrew!
